So I’ve been building startups for the better part of 6 years. Most of them failed, some succeeded, and I founded and exited a super-profitable consultancy where we launched about 20 or so startups. So I have a good idea of what works and what doesn’t.
I was working on an AI document tool for legal firms a couple months ago where we built the product in three weeks, hit PMF, and signed some of the top law firms in my city, however, one of my co-founders decided to empty our bank accounts, steal all our work, and run away to pursue it himself.
And that brings us to now. I'm figuring out what to do next so in the meantime I'm helping other founders with everything I've learned so far.
